Pros Super easy to use and understand. Connects well with Outlook and integrates bulk orders with a few quick clicks! A rather inexpensive tool to help keep track of client details, orders, etc. Works well offline and has the ability to re-sync once online. If you need just the basics, Dynamics offers good support and can check all the boxes.
Cons As a lower cost CRM option , however, it does have a selection of customization and adaptability to other third-party softwares. Does not connect well to automation tools like Toutapp and Yesware. Also, following updates, bugs and fixes seem to not have been ironed out prior to the releases, which has led to roll-backs and inefficiencies in our daily workflow.
