How to put a parquet Board correctly? There are several methods for installing parquet, each of them has its own characteristics.

Floating installation method
This method is simple and takes less time. How do I mount it correctly? Before laying the parquet, a plastic film is applied to the entire surface of the prepared base. Its thickness is 200 microns.
The film is overlapped with a span of 15-20 cm, securing the edges with tape. Leave allowances for walls 10-15 cm. Then put the substrate in the form of cork, expanded polystyrene or foamed polyethylene. Cork and Styrofoam are laid end-to-end and randomly, and foamed polyethylene is overlapped. Joints are sealed with a moisture-proof tape.

Calculates the number of parquet elements. The panel of the last row must be cut off if the excess width is more than 5 cm. If the width of the remainder is less than 5 cm, the first row of boards and the last one are cut equally.
The extreme panels are reinforced with a spike, which is cut off to eliminate distortion of the parquet surface (with changes in humidity). At the walls, you need to leave gaps of 10-15 mm, which are fixed with pegs.

Panels of 2 rows are connected to each other. The assembled row is moved to the first and connected by hammering through a wooden bar. The third row starts with a Board that is 1/3 of the length of the standard panel. The fourth is from a solid Board. After that, repeat the entire cycle several times, up to the opposite wall.
The extreme parquet element of each row, adjacent to the wall, is hammered with a hammer and a clamp.
